Ship code at endurance pace.
NeonStackFlow builds web products the way this town trains for its ninety-kilometre ski race — steady pace, no shortcuts, and a plan for the last stretch before you've even started the first.
Six disciplines, checked in daily.
Every project moves through the same pipeline — strategy, design, and code, reviewed against the same bar every single time.

Built in a town that trains for the long distance.
NeonStackFlow started in Mora, the town at the finish line of Sweden's oldest and longest cross-country ski race — ninety kilometres, no shortcuts, decided as much by pacing as by speed. We treat product builds the same way: sustainable pace, checked in every day, ready for the stretch nobody sees coming.
We're a small studio by design. No account managers relaying notes between meetings — the person building your product is the person you talk to. Slower to scale, but it keeps every commit someone's actual responsibility.
Our clients range from Stockholm scale-ups to workshops a short walk from our office on Valhallavägen. What they share is a product that was, before we touched it, harder to use than it needed to be.
We work in Swedish and English, remotely with anyone, and in person with anyone close enough to Mora for a proper technical brief.
What it's like to work with us.
"Our new platform shipped two weeks ahead of schedule, and nothing broke on launch day — that never happens."
"They rebuilt our checkout flow and conversion moved within the first week. Clean code, clear documentation, no surprises."
"The Continuous Flow retainer changed how we ship — we stopped queuing up requests and started shipping every single month."
"Genuinely the first technical brief where I didn't have to explain our stack twice. They'd read the docs before the call."
Tell us what needs building.
